Continuing studies imply that mA RNA modification is involved in the development of cervical cancer (CC), but lack strong support on recurrence and diagnosis prediction. In this research, a comprehensive analysis of 33 mA regulators was performed to fulfill them. Here, we performed diagnostic and prognosis models and identified key regulators, respectively. Then the CC patients were separated into two clusters in accordance with 33 regulators, and participants in the cluster 1 had a worse prognosis. Subsequently, the mAScore was calculated to quantify the mA modification pattern based on regulators and we found that patients in cluster 1 had higher mAScore. Afterwards, immune microenvironment, cell infiltration, escape analyses and tumor burden mutation analyses were executed, and results showed that mAScore was correlated with them, but to a limited extent. Interestingly, HLAs and immune checkpoint expression, and immunophenoscore in patients with high-mAScores were significantly lower than those in the low-mAScore group. These suggested the mAScores might be used to predict the feasibility of immunotherapy in patients. Results provided a distinctive perspective on mA modification and theoretical basis for CC diagnosis, prognosis, clinical treatment strategies, and potential mechanism exploration.

The issue of obesity continues to reach new levels globally, affecting individuals across the age continuum. Obesity in pregnancy is associated with myriad comorbidities which may negatively impact the fetus, particularly dysfunctional labor and failure to progress ending in unplanned cesarean delivery. Neuraxial anesthesia represents the gold standard for cesarean delivery anesthesia and is increasingly beneficial for obese patients due to the risk of difficult airway.

Elevated serum uric acid (SUA) levels in pregnancy are linked to adverse outcomes, including preterm birth, preeclampsia, and low birth weight. To assess the predictive value of SUA levels in early pregnancy for adverse pregnancy outcomes (APOs). A cohort of 4,240 pregnant women admitted for delivery from January 2021 to December 2022 was analyzed.

Nursing interventions play a critical role in enhancing the quality of life (QoL) and therapeutic outcomes for cervical cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. However, variations in nursing interventions and patient results require a meta-analysis to consolidate evidence on the most effective nursing approaches. This meta-analysis assessed how nursing care interventions influence QoL, adherence to chemotherapy, and the management of symptoms in cervical cancer patients.

Background: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) induces an imbalance in T helper (Th) 17/regulatory T (Treg) cells that contributes to of the dysregulation of inflammation. Exercise training can modulate the immune response in healthy subjects.
Objective: We aimed to evaluate the effects of exercise training on Th17/Treg responses and the differentiation of Treg phenotypes in individuals with COPD.
