A 71-year-old male patient with a history of bladder neoplasia underwent Bricker-type surgery, during which an iatrogenic rectal injury occurred. During surgery, an unsuccessful suture attempt was made, leading to the appearance of fecaluria after 48 hours. A computed tomography scan revealed a small continuity defect in the rectal wall, accompanied by a 25-mm adjacent collection.

Background: Aortic-esophageal fistula (AEF) after thoracic endovascular aortic repair (TEVAR) has a high fatality rate and is difficult to treat. Endoluminal vacuum therapy (EVT) has recently appeared and proven to be a useful method for anastomotic leakage.
Case Presentation: A 76-year-old man underwent aortic arch replacement for a stent graft infection after TEVAR.

Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG) is an effective surgical intervention for obesity, but managing complications post LSG remains crucial. Given the global prevalence of obesity, innovative approaches are needed to improve patient outcomes.
