Retroperitoneal soft tissue tumors are frequently incidental findings on imaging tests as Computed tomography (CT) or Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). Retroperitoneal soft tissue tumors are rare and therefore not common in daily radiological practice. Clinician and radiologist'skills to set retroperitoneal soft tissue tumors at presentation is crucial for a correct patient management. So far, several diagnostic algorithms have been proposed to assess retroperitoneal masses, which have not been validated by case histories (2-5). The aim of this article is to evaluate a new classification of retroperitoneal masses using CT and MRI. KEY WORDS: CT, Diagnosis, MRI, Retroperitoneum, Soft tissue sarcoma.

Purpose: To identify the key craniofacial anatomic characteristics associated with the prevalence of severe obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in patient cohorts stratified by age and body mass index (BMI).
Methods: This prospective study was conducted at the Beijing Anzhen Hospital Center for Sleep Medicine and Science between December 2023 and March 2024. Patients suspected of having OSA underwent overnight polysomnography, along with computed tomography scans of the head and neck, to evaluate the skeletal and soft tissue characteristics.
Proper alignment of the teeth not only aids in functional occlusion but also promotes harmonious gingival contours, potentially reducing the risk of inflammation and gingival recession. This case series aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of optimizing axial inclination through clear aligner orthodontic treatment in addressing gingival recession defects. This case series included nine patients, aged 20-36 years, who presented with varying degrees of gingival recession on 12 mandibular incisors.
