The source of subretinal or intraretinal fluid in patients with optic disc pit maculopathy (ODP-M) remains unclear and is often thought to be either vitreous or cerebrospinal fluid.1 Here, we present the case of a 40-year-old man who developed ODP-M. Further imaging with wide-field swept-source optical coherence tomography demonstrated that the macular fluid was tracking from a nasal optic disc pit with superonasal communication to the vitreous. This suggests that swept-source optical coherence tomography can be a useful tool for determining the origin of macular fluid in patients with ODP-M. .

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze choroidal thickness (CT), along with macular thickness (MT), peripapillary retinal nerve fiber layer thickness (RNFLT), and macular vascular density (MVD) using swept-source optical coherence tomography (SS-OCT) in children with unilateral amblyopia, and compare the same with normal fellow eyes and normal eyes of normal children before and following occlusion therapy.
Materials And Methods: This was a prospective, longitudinal study of 60 children (4-18 years); 30 children had unilateral amblyopia and remaining 30 were normal. Group 1 consisted of 30 amblyopic eyes of children with unilateral amblyopia; Group 2 consisted of 30 fellow normal eyes of Group 1; Group 3 consisted of normal eyes of normal children.

The aim of this retrospective study was to compare corneal parameters and compliance using a Pentacam HR-Scheimpflug (Pentacam HR) and a swept-source OCT Casia (Casia) in keratoconus (KC) patients post penetrating keratoplasty (PKP) and KC patients without PKP, as well as a control group. Pachymetry measurements were also analyzed using a spectral domain OCT Solix (OCT Solix), Pentacam HR, and Casia. The study included 71 patients (136 keratoconic eyes; group A), 86 eyes with KC post-PKP (group B), 50 eyes with KC without PKP (group C), and 52 control participants (104 eyes).

Background: To compare the characteristics of type 1 macular neovascularization (MNV) and the surrounding choriocapillaris (CC) perfusion in patients with neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nAMD) versus those with pachychoroid neovasculopathy (PNV) using swept-source optical coherence tomography angiography (SS-OCTA).
Methods: This retrospective study included 64 treatment-naïve eyes (37 nAMD, 27 PNV) with type 1 MNV. SS-OCTA images were analysed to measure MNV area and perimeter, and CC flow deficits (FD) in five concentric rings surrounding the lesion.

Purpose: Utilizing Swept source optical coherence tomography angiography (SS-OCTA) investigates the changes in the vascular characteristics of the choriocapillaris and larger vascular layers, including Sattler's and Haller's layers, in the macular region of young myopia patients, in order to to Enhance our comprehension of the underlying mechanisms of the pathogenesis of myopia.
Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 103 young adults (154 eyes) that underwent SS-OCTA. Axial lengths (AL) were measured, 64 eyes with AL < 26.

Purpose: To validate automated counts of presumed anterior chamber (AC) cells in eyes with histories of uveitis involving the anterior segment using swept-source (SS) anterior segment optical coherence tomography (AS-OCT) against manual counts and compare automated counts against Standardized Uveitis Nomenclature (SUN) criteria.
Methods: Eyes were imaged with the ANTERION SS AS-OCT device (Heidelberg Engineering). A fully automated custom algorithm quantified the number of hyper-reflective foci (HRF) in line-scan images.
