Backgrounds: Poverty is a complex and multifaceted global public health issue, particularly prevalent in Ethiopia, including the East Gojjam Zone. Previous studies on poverty have largely relied on unidimensional measures, providing limited evidence on multidimensional poverty (MP). The primary objective of this study was to review a methotrexate 90-mg fixed-dose protocol for treatment of ectopic pregnancy, and to evaluate if any characteristics were associated with ectopic pregnancy treatment failure. This was a single arm retrospective cohort study conducted at Kaiser Permanente Colorado. The primary outcome was to describe rates of ectopic pregnancy treatment failure among patients who received fixed dose(s) of methotrexate for ectopic pregnancy between January 1, 2007 and August 31, 2017.

Objectives: This study investigates the status of end-of-life (EOL) care and palliative care (PC) training in Spanish medical schools and assesses students' perspectives.
Methods: The research employs a quantitative cross-sectional survey and a systematic review of curricula including schools to which the respondent students belonged to.
Results: A systematic review reveals that only 12 out of 39 universities offer mandatory PC or EOL care subjects, often integrated with other areas.
