The effects of the application of synthetic leu-enkephalin analogue--dalargin and naloxone on DNA synthesis and cell division in corneal epithelium were studied with the drugs injected once or five times. The influence of one and five intraperitoneal injections of the drugs in question at a dose of 10 micrograms/kg body weight was also investigated.
