Objective: To investigate the biodynamics of human-exoskeleton interactions during patient handling tasks using a subject-specific modeling approach.
Background: Exoskeleton technology holds promise for mitigating musculoskeletal disorders caused by manual handling and most alarmingly by patient handling jobs. A deeper, more unified understanding of the biomechanical effects of exoskeleton use calls for advanced subject-specific models of complex, dynamic human-exoskeleton interactions.

Background: NETosis is recognized as an important source of autoantigens. Therefore, we hypothesized whether the pristane-induced lupus mice model shows early activation of neutrophils, the presence of low-density granulocytes (LDGs), and neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) release, which could contribute to the development of a lupus phenotype.
Methods: Twelve female wild-type Balb/c mice were intraperitoneally injected with pristane (n = 6; pristane group) or saline (n = 6; control group).

The cortisol awakening response (CAR) is a discrete component of the circadian cortisol profile. Evidence suggests that the CAR is a deviation from the pre-awakening increase in cortisol concentration, although this has yet to be replicated. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to replicate this finding and to investigate further the extent to which the CAR is distinct from the circadian profile.

Objective: To investigate if eye tracking can support detection of covert voluntary eye movements and to compare these findings with a simultaneously performed clinical assessment according to the Coma Recovery Scale manual regarding visual stimuli.
Design: Observational case series.
Subjects: Twelve outpatients with prolonged disorders of consciousness recruited from the rehabilitation clinic of a regional rehabilitation unit.

Purpose: After primary systemic therapy (PST), agreement on the extent of locoregional therapy is lacking in breast cancer patients who convert from a node-positive to a node-negative status. The aim of this survey was to investigate radiation therapy approaches after PST according to different axillary surgical strategies and disease responses.
Materials And Methods: The European Breast Cancer Research Association of Surgical Trialists developed a web-based survey containing 39 questions on locoregional management based on clinical scenarios in initially node positive breast cancer patients undergoing PST.
