To further investigate the properties of Incoloy825/P110 bimetallic composite seamless pipes, thermal deformation analysis was conducted on their billets. The thermal deformation and dynamic recrystallization (DRX) behavior of Incoloy825/P110 bimetallic composite materials were studied through hot compression tests at deformation temperatures (850-1150 °C) and strain rates (0.01-10 s).

Supported metal clusters with the integrated advantages of single-atom catalysts and conventional nanoparticles held great promise in the electrocatalytic carbon dioxide reduction (ECOR) operated at low overpotential and high current density. However, its precise synthesis and the understanding of synergistically catalytic effects remain challenging. Herein, we report a facile method to synthesize the bimetallic Cu and Ni clusters anchored on porous carbon (Cu/Ni-NC) and achieve an enhanced ECOR.

Silicoaluminate zeolites have relatively strong Brönsted (B) acid properties that can easily lead to deep cracking reactions, making them less favourable as carriers for propane dehydrogenation. Here, we utilise zincosilicate zeolite with less B-acid produced by the introduction of the heteroatom Zn into the framework as a carrier, followed by simultaneous ion exchange (IE) of M monometallic or PtM bimetallic (M=Cu, Zn and Ga, etc.).
