Tarlatamab is a bispecific T-cell engager immunotherapy targeting delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3) and the cluster of differentiation 3 (CD3) molecule. In the phase 2 DeLLphi-301 trial of tarlatamab for patients with previously treated small cell lung cancer, tarlatamab 10 mg every 2 weeks achieved durable responses and encouraging survival outcomes. Analyses of updated safety data from the DeLLphi-301 trial demonstrated that the most common treatment-emergent adverse events were cytokine release syndrome (53%), pyrexia (38%), decreased appetite (36%), dysgeusia (32%), and an emia (30%).

The most common autoantibodies target desmoglein 3 (Dsg3). Background: Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a complex autoimmune disease with multisystemic involvement and unclear etiology. Although SLE could be linked to multiple neuropsychiatric manifestations, the co-occurrence of anorexia nervosa was only described through a few case reports that mainly affected children and adolescents.
Case Presentation: a 40-year-old Filipina woman presented to hospital with a 3-day history of agitation, anorexia and auditory hallucinations.

To explore the changes and significance of resolvin D1 (RvD1) in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) with Belimumab. The clinical data from patients with moderate to severe disease activity SLE who received oral stable doses of glucocorticoids (≤10 mg/d) and/or immunosuppressants for more than 3 months at the outpatient or inpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from January 2022 to November, 2023 were retrospectively collected. All patients were treated with 10 mg/kg intravenous infusion of Belimumab.
