Introduction: The endoscopic assisted release for cubital tunnel syndrome (CuTS) gained popularity in recent years with unclear long-term results. This study aims to evaluate long term results regarding functional and subjective outcomes after endoscopic assisted release for the CuTS.
Materials And Methods: Thirty one patients who have been treated by endoscopic assisted release for CuTS between 2006 and 2013 were followed up both clinically and with a questionnaire with a mean follow up of 152 months (range 120-204 months).

Objective: Thalamic hemorrhage (TH) with hematoma extension into the brainstem can lead to poor outcomes. In this study, we discuss the feasibility of the endoscopic-assisted contralateral paramedian supracerebellar infratentorial (SCIT) approach as a therapeutic method for treating such patients.
Case Presentation: A patient suffered from a sudden loss of consciousness and right limb weakness, and a CT scan indicated TH with hematoma extension into the brainstem.

Objectives: The aims of the study were to investigate if feline middle ear anatomy can be visualized using endoscopy via a lateral bulla approach and to determine if scope-assistance increases rates of successful entry into the hypotympanum during feline total ear canal ablation and lateral bulla osteotomy (TECA-LBO).
Methods: A total of 13 feline cadaver heads underwent CT to confirm the absence of pre-existing middle ear disease. For each head, an electronic coin toss was used to determine which ear would undergo endoscope-assisted TECA-LBO; a traditional TECA-LBO without the use of the scope was performed on the contralateral side.

Butterfly glioblastoma (bGB) poses significant surgical challenges, yet recent findings have highlighted the potential of surgical decompression in extending patient survival. The selection of a surgical strategy for bGB varies across studies. Generally, the side with a larger tumor volume is a preferred approach route, and the nondominant hemisphere is preferred when both tumors are similar in size.
