A case of mediastinal Castleman's disease is reported. A 46-year-old male patient presented a mass 9 X 5.5 X 3 cm wide, located in the supero-posterior mediastinum. The mass was removed by right thoracotomy. On histologic examination it was diagnosed as Castleman's disease of hyaline vascular type.
