Objective: To evaluate the gene mutation profile and prognostic significance of adult cytogenetically normal acute myeloid leukemia (CN-AML) with mutation.
Methods: Targeted sequencing was implemented on the diagnostic bone marrow DNA samples of 141 adult CN-AML subjects with mutation. The nomogram model for leukemia-free survival (LFS) rate was generated by combining genetic abnormalities and clinical data.

Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) currently lacks a definitive cure. Studies have highlighted the involvement of SYTL4 expression levels in neoplasms, yet its specific roles in AML remain unexplored in the literature. Utilizing the TCGA and XENA databases, this study investigated SYTL4 expression levels in AML and identified associations between SYTL4 overexpression and clinicopathological features, prognosis, and immune infiltration in AML patients through genomic analysis.

Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a highly heterogeneous hematological neoplasm, highlighting the need for new molecular markers to improve prognosis prediction and therapeutic strategies. While Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor 5 (ARHGEF5) is known to be overexpressed in various cancers, its role in AML is not well understood. This study investigates the correlation between ARHGEF5 expression and AML using data from the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA).

However, the role of single-sequence radiomic nomograms in predicting the high-risk cytogenetic (HRC) status of MM remains underexplored. Lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) is a common pathological type of non-small cell lung cancer; identifying preferable biomarkers has become one of the current challenges. Given that VTA1 has been reported associated with tumor progression in various human solid cancers but rarely reported in LUAD, herein, RNA sequencing data from TCGA and GTEx were obtained for analysis of VTA1 expression and differentially expressed gene (DEG). Furthermore, functional enrichment analysis of VTA1-related DEGs was performed by GO/KEGG, GSEA, immune cell infiltration analysis, and protein-protein interaction (PPI) network.
