Purpose: Angiogenesis is essential in the development and progression of tumors. This study aimed to investigate the clinical application of 68Ga-labeled heterodimeric peptide (68Ga-HX01) targeting integrin αvβ3 and CD13 in tumor neovascularization.
Patients And Methods: Six healthy volunteers were recruited to study the biodistribution, pharmacokinetics, and radiation of 68Ga-HX01.

Background: Simultaneous pancreas-kidney (SPK) transplantation is an effective treatment option for type 1 diabetes mellitus and concurrent end-stage kidney disease. However, the diabetogenic effects of immunosuppression can counteract the beneficial effects of sustained normoglycemia. Long-term metabolic trends that reflect cardiovascular risk are reported poorly in the literature.

Background: Amphetamines possess sympathomimetic properties that can affect cerebral vasculature though conflicting reports exist about their effect on vasospasm risk and clinical outcomes in aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage. This study aimed to characterize the impact of recent amphetamine use on vasospasm development in aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage as well as neurological outcomes.
Methods: We retrospectively screened 441 consecutive patients admitted with a diagnosis of subarachnoid hemorrhage who underwent at least one cerebral digital subtraction angiogram.

Methods: The core set of the Web of Science database was searched for articles from 1994 to 2024. The R package "Bibliometrix" was used to analyze the main bibliometric features, creating a three-domain chart to display relationships among institutions, countries, and keywords.
