Postoperative imaging of musculoskeletal tumors poses a significant diagnostic challenge for radiologists. The complexity arises from the need to differentiate between expected postoperative changes, potential complications, and local recurrence. The choice of imaging modality depends on the type of primary tumor.

The adipose-derived stem cell (ADSC) secretome is widely studied for its immunomodulatory and regenerative properties, yet its potential in maxillofacial medicine remains largely underexplored. This review takes a composition-driven approach, beginning with a list of chemokines, cytokines, receptors, and inflammatory and growth factors quantified in the ADSC secretome to infer its potential applications in this medical field. First, a review of the literature confirmed the presence of 107 bioactive factors in the secretome of ADSCs or other types of mesenchymal stem cells.

Introduction And Importance: Fractures of ossified Achilles tendons are rare and often associated with repetitive jumping and sprinting in young athletes. Although the exact cause of Achilles tendon ossification is unclear, prior trauma and surgery are common contributing factors.
Case Presentation: A 47-year-old male recreational athlete experienced acute pain in his right heel after a football game.

Introduction: Benign cartilage tumours with malignant transformation are reported very few. Aiming to report a secondary chondrosarcoma in proximal tibia after chondromyxoid fibroma: a rare entity with limited experience of management.
Case Presentation: we present a challenging case of secondary chondrosarcoma of proximal tibia in surgically managed chondromyxoid fibroma.

Hemosiderotic fibrolipomatous tumor (HFLT) and myxoinflammatory fibroblastic sarcoma (MIFS) are rare, locally aggressive soft tissue tumors with a predilection for distal extremities of middle-aged adults. Hybrid tumors (HFLT-MIFS) demonstrate overlapping features of both and share recurrent translocation (1;10) (p22; q24). We describe a tumor with high-grade sarcomatous transformation of a hybrid HFLT-MIFS, with a novel gene fusion, presenting as a right foot soft tissue mass in an 85-year-old woman.
