Vesical calculi are common in urological practice. However, encountering a giant vesical calculus weighing more than 100 g is rather rare. We report a patient who presented with mild symptoms and was found to have a single giant vesical calculus weighing about 1334 g. Lack of access to basic medical facilities and milder symptoms may be the predisposing factors in this patient for a calculus to enlarge into such abnormal weight.

Introduction: Giant urinary bladder stones are rare phenomenon which is associated with chronic urinary infections, intravesical foreign bodies, urethral strictures, bladder diverticula etc. CASE REPORT: A 52-year-old man presented with complaints of severe dysuria, urgency, frequency, suprapubic pain, and pollakuria for the last ten years. We describe a rare instance of enormous, calcified stone development in an enlarged urinary bladder. The patient was a 24-year-old female suffering from the development of vesical calculus as a result of complicated bladder augmentation. She had a small bladder capacity and had undergone augmentation ileocystoplasty in childhood.

Background: Neurofibromatosis type 1 is a neurocutaneous genetic disorder caused by mutations in the NF1 gene, resulting in the formation of benign tumors called neurofibromas. The most common type of tumor seen in patients with neurofibromatosis type 1 is the slow-growing and benign neurofibroma, with a subtype called plexiform neurofibroma being particularly common and causing pain, functional impairment, and cosmetic disfigurement.
Case Presentation: We report the case of a 20-year-old North African female patient with a history of neurofibromatosis type 1 who presented with a growing mass in her right gluteal region, which was later diagnosed as a giant cutaneous neurofibroma.
