Aims: To develop a transformer-based generative adversarial network (trans-GAN) that can generate synthetic material decomposition images from single-energy CT (SECT) for real-time detection of intracranial hemorrhage (ICH) after endovascular thrombectomy.

Materials: We retrospectively collected data from two hospitals, consisting of 237 dual-energy CT (DECT) scans, including matched iodine overlay maps, virtual noncontrast, and simulated SECT images. These scans were randomly divided into a training set (n = 190) and an internal validation set (n = 47) in a 4:1 ratio based on the proportion of ICH.

Background: Total-body (TB) Positron Emission Tomography (PET) is one of the most promising medical diagnostics modalities, opening new perspectives for personalized medicine, low-dose imaging, multi-organ dynamic imaging or kinetic modeling. The high sensitivity provided by total-body technology can be advantageous for novel tomography methods like positronium imaging, demanding the registration of triple coincidences. Purpose: To investigate BMAL1 and BMP6 expressive differences in ovarian granulosa cells (OGCs) of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), explore regulatory relationship, assess their impacts on OGC proliferation and apoptosis, and analyze their correlations with ART outcomes of patients.

Unlabelled: Non tuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) are important opportunistic infection in patients with AIDS.

Aim: To present 4 cases of disseminated infections by NTM in patients with AIDS.
