Article Abstract

Herein, we have optimized a highly efficient and neat mechanochemical grinding procedure for the facile synthesis of -substituted amines using easily available substituted halides and amines. The developed protocol is applicable for gram scale synthesis as well. Advantageous features of this strategy include mild and neat reaction conditions, a short reaction time at room temperature and isolation of products without column chromatography in excellent yields.
