A 4-year-old Nigerian Dwarf wether presented for chronic regurgitation and cervical swelling of three years duration. Physical examination revealed a large ventral cervical mass. The goat made repeated attempts to swallow and regurgitate, but the mass did not change significantly in size.

Background: Routine body mass index (BMI) recording in electronic health records (EHR) could support general practitioners (GPs) in managing patients with obesity. This study aimed to evaluate recording practices of BMI, overweight, and obesity in adults including subgroup analysis of age, sex, and comorbidities in primary care in the Netherlands.
Methods: An observational study of individuals aged ≥ 18 years and registered between 2007 and 2023, using routine healthcare data from the Extramural LUMC Academic Network (ELAN) in the Netherlands.

Pulmonary rehabilitation (PR) plays a crucial role in improving outcomes for individuals with chronic respiratory diseases. The most outstanding challenge in PR is the low referral, uptake, and adherence that is dramatically low in the post-hospitalization period in rural, minority, and low-income populations. Research efforts to increase the portfolio of PR through the testing and implementation of new and effective options for home-based and community-based programs are potential research targets.

Introduction: The aim of this study was to evaluate the modification of the subserous extramural tunnel for non-refluxing ureteroileal anastomosis in U-shaped pouches using the Wallace technique with a single trough.
Methods: This prospective study was conducted from 2017 to 2022 in a single tertiary center after approval from the Research Ethics Committee of our institution (approval number: FWA 000017585). 45 patients' candidates for radical cystectomy and orthotopic urinary diversion were included in this study.
