Dapsone, colchicine, and tetracyclines are established drugs within the dermatologist's therapeutic armamentarium that are credited with potent anti-neutrophilic effects. Anti-neutrophilic drugs have established themselves as versatile agents in the treatment of a wide range of dermatological conditions.
