Background: Continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) are used to characterize postprandial glucose responses and provide personalized dietary advice to minimize glucose excursions. The efficacy of such advice depends on reliable glucose responses.
Objectives: To explore within-subject variability of CGM responses to duplicate presented meals in an inpatient setting.

Background: Sensitive assessments capable of detecting cognitive changes are important for improving early identification of symptoms in frontotemporal dementia (FTD). The ALLFTD Mobile App features smartphone cognitive tests that capture a range of FTD symptoms. We have previously shown that the flanker task from this battery is reliable and capable of detecting early changes in FTD.

People with peripheral arterial disease (PAD) and intermittent claudication (IC) experience impaired walking due to an imbalance between muscle oxygen supply and demand during exercise. Studies with near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) during treadmill tests reveal notable tissue deoxygenation with slow recovery. This cross-sectional study aimed to compare behavior of calf muscle oxygenation during the incremental shuttle walking test (ISWT) with a continuous treadmill test (3.

A series of multi-target organoselenides 3a-h has been synthesized with the advantages of a simple operation, and good yields of 66-89 % escorted by mechanistic enlightenment. The compounds 3b, 3c continued to exist as orthorhombic and trigonal, whereas 3d exist as monoclinic confirmed by the X-ray crystallography. Organoselenides 3c and 3f displayed the highest % radical scavenging potential with % inhibition of 98.
