Objective: To evaluate the contributions of educational technologies used during the guidelines for sputum collection from pulmonary tuberculosis.
Method: Systematic review guided by Preferred Reporting items for Systematic Reviews with protocol registered in the database International Prospective Register of Systematic Reviews, with number CRD42020208162. The search was performed in the Cinahl, Scopus, PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, Lilacs, CENTRAL, CAPES, Proquest, OpenGrey databases and manual search in the reference list. The search, selection of studies, data extraction, and methodological evaluation using the Cochrane Risk-of-Bias tool were performed by two independent reviewers.
Results: A total of 2,488 studies were evidenced, with seven being selected and analyzed, of which four used structured lectures; three, educational booklet; and one, an educational video, used alone or together, impacting the bacteriological confirmation of tuberculosis. The studies had a low risk of bias.
Conclusion: Scientific evidence has shown that educational technologies contribute to increasing the quality, volume, and appearance of the sputum sample, which improves the bacteriological confirmation of the disease.

In this study, a fuzzy adaptive impedance control method integrating the backstepping control for the PAM elbow exoskeleton was developed to facilitate robot-assisted rehabilitation tasks. The proposed method uses fuzzy logic to adjust impedance parameters, thereby optimizing user adaptability and reducing interactive torque, which are major limitations of traditional impedance control methods. Furthermore, a repetitive learning algorithm and an adaptive control strategy were incorporated to improve the performance of position accuracy, addressing the time-varying uncertainties and nonlinear disturbances inherent in the exoskeleton.

The effect of chemically synthesized nanocomposites (NCs) of selenium (Se/AG NC), copper oxide (Cu/AG NC) and manganese hydroxide (Mn/AG NC), based on the natural polymer arabinogalactan (AG), on the processes of growth, development and colonization of potato plants in vitro was studied upon infection with the causative agent of potato blackleg-the Gram-negative bacterium -and the causative agent of ring rot-the Gram-positive bacterium (). It was shown that the infection of potatoes with reduced the root formation of plants and the concentration of pigments in leaf tissues. The treatment of plants with Cu/AG NC before infection with stimulated leaf formation and increased the concentration of pigments in them.
