Background And Objective: Thymic epithelial tumors (TETs) are the most common neoplasm of the prevascular mediastinal compartment and are characterized by their rarity and variable clinical presentation. The present study aimed to explore the current management of patients with TET with a special focus on immunotherapy for advanced disease.
Methods: Relevant studies published between 1981 and 2024 were searched in PubMed using search terms "Thymoma", "Thymic cancer", "Myasthenia gravis", "Radiation therapy", "Surgery", and "Immunotherapy".

Background: Advances in video image analysis and artificial intelligence provide opportunities to transform how patients are evaluated. In this study, we assessed the ability to quantify Zoom video recordings of a standardized neurological examination- the Myasthenia Gravis Core Examination (MG-CE)-designed for telemedicine evaluations.

Ptosis, or eyelid drooping, can be an early indicator of various neurological and muscular disorders, underscoring the need for accurate diagnosis to ensure proper management. Myasthenia gravis (MG), a neuromuscular disorder, may initially present with isolated ocular symptoms, often resulting in diagnostic delays. This report details the case of a 72-year-old male who presented to the emergency department with a two-week history of progressive unilateral ptosis.
