A quantitative determination method for Al in immunobiological drugs using atomic absorption spectroscopy with electrothermal atomization was developed. Conditions for the preparation of aluminum hydroxide gel were selected [NaOH (5 M), heating in a boiling-water bath for 5 min followed by neutralization with conc. HNO]. The method was validated. The analytical range of Al was established in the interval 10 - 50 ig/L. The accuracy and in-laboratory precision were confirmed. The results allowed the proposed method to be considered an alternative for quantitative determination of Al in immunobiological drugs.

This study examines the relationships among Foreign Language Learning Enjoyment (FLLE), L2 grit, academic burnout, and motivated behavior in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learners, using a mixed-methods approach. A total of 534 Chinese undergraduate EFL learners participated in the quantitative phase, which used a cross-sectional survey, followed by narrative inquiry with 15 participants in the qualitative phase. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis revealed that FLLE positively influenced motivated behavior while reducing academic burnout.

Background: Integrating multi-layered information can enhance the accuracy of genomic prediction for complex traits. However, the improvement and application of effective strategies for genomic prediction (GP) using multi-omics data remains challenging.
Methods: We generated 11 feature sets for sequencing variants from genomics, transcriptomics, metabolomics, and epigenetics data in beef cattle, then we assessed the contribution of functional variants using genomic restricted maximum likelihood (GREML).

Background: Autistic people commonly have physical and mental health conditions. They also frequently experience barriers to accessing healthcare, contributing to problems identifying and treating health conditions. These factors may lead to increased and earlier morbidity and lower average life expectancy for autistic people.

Background: We sought consensus among practising respiratory physicians on the prediction, identification and monitoring of progression in patients with fibrosing interstitial lung disease (ILD) using a modified Delphi process.
Methods: Following a literature review, statements on the prediction, identification and monitoring of progression of ILD were developed by a panel of physicians with specialist expertise. Practising respiratory physicians were sent a survey asking them to indicate their level of agreement with these statements on a binary scale or 7-point Likert scale (- 3 to 3), or to select answers from a list.

Background: Total knee arthroplasty (TKA) is an effective treatment for end-stage knee osteoarthritis, and postoperative rehabilitation is crucial. However, a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of this area has yet to emerge. This study aims to visualize the research trends in postoperative rehabilitation after TKA through bibliometric analysis and explore current research frontiers and hotspots.
