Primary vulvar adenocarcinoma is a very rare neoplasm, accounting for only 1% of all gynecologic malignancies. Most of the glandular carcinomas originated from the Bartholin's gland. Because of the rare incidence, the pathogenesis and radiotherapy response are not fully understood. A 47-year-old female from our hospital was diagnosed with primary Bartholin adenocarcinoma and received radiotherapy as definitive treatment. We evaluated the presence of high-risk and low-risk human papillomavirus (HPV) DNA to associate the role of HPV infection, and evaluated its molecular features by the expression of vimentin, p16, estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor, S-100, and Ki 67.

Meningiomas are the most common primary central nervous system tumor. Clinical trials have failed to support effective medical treatments, despite initially promising animal studies. A key issue could be that available experimental models fail to mimic the clinical situation.

Background: As Ukraine enters its third year of war with Russia, healthcare workers (HWs) continue to face significant challenges. This study aimed to evaluate Ukrainian HWs' involvement in and trust in labor unions, assess their perceptions of social and legal security in the workplace, and identify the support they need.
Methods: An anonymous online survey of HWs included both closed-ended and open-ended questions.

Background: We aimed to develop a method for assessing occupational styrene exposures for application in epidemiological studies on risks of lymphohematopoietic neoplasms and other malignant and non-malignant diseases in the European and the US glass reinforced plastics industries.
Method: We estimated a linear mixed effects model based on individual airborne personal measurements of styrene from the glass reinforced plastics industry in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, UK, and the US. The most suitable model was chosen based on its predictive power as assessed using cross validation with different combinations of predictors; and by comparing their prediction errors.

Background: Many countries have introduced video consultations in primary care both inside and outside of office hours. Despite some relational and technical limitations, general practitioners (GPs) have reported the benefits of video use in the daytime as it provides faster and more flexible access to health care. Studies have indicated that video may be specifically valuable in out-of-hours primary care (OOH-PC), but additional information on the added value of video use is needed.
