This study used a mixed-method research design to examine public attitudes toward sexual advance directives (SADs), a theoretical legal document intended to protect the sexual rights of individuals across the lifespan. Respondents ( = 537) largely indicated that SADs should exist (65.4%) to preserve autonomy and protect resident rights, but they would not sign one right now (60.4%) because they were too young. Linear regression analyses revealed statistical associations between education level, relationship length, and sexual instrumentality for the existence of SADs, while gender, age, perceived importance of sexuality, and sexual self-disclosure were associated with whether a respondent would sign the document now. Overall analyses indicate that valuing sexual expression as a right, autonomy, sexuality in older age, and sexual communication led to a greater amount of general support for SADs. Respondents were sensitive to the concerns of SADs in the context of fluid consent between partners and their safety.

Nudiviruses (family ) are double-stranded DNA viruses that infect various insects and crustaceans. Among them, Heliothis zea nudivirus 1 (HzNV-1) represents the rare case of a lepidopteran nudivirus inducing a sexual pathology. Studies about molecular pathological dynamics of HzNV-1 or other nudiviruses are scarce.

These disparities are most pronounced among racially, sexually, and gender minoritized populations, as well as among those living in poverty and/or who use injectable drugs. Structural interventions, or interventions that target social and structural determinants of health like housing, transportation, or income, are needed to increase access to, use of, and adherence to HIV EBIs to advance the aims of the national Ending the HIV Epidemic initiative.

Background: Although advancements in multiple myeloma therapy have rapidly evolved, pervasive racial and social inequities prevent uniform benefit across diverse patient populations. This affects access to US Food and Drug Administration-approved treatments and to clinical studies. The impact of health-care inequities is not well understood and thus, the development of effective strategies is inadequate.

Orodispersible film (ODF) is one of the novel formulations that disintegrate rapidly in the mouth without the requisite for water compared to other conventional oral solid dosage formulations. This delivery system serves as a convenient mode of administration, especially in patients who have dysphagia and fluid restriction, being beneficial to pediatric, geriatric, and bedridden patients. A novel sildenafil ODF containing sildenafil citrate is formulated to be used in patients with erectile dysfunction (ED).
