Eccrine syringofibroadenoma (ESFA) is a rare adnexal tumor deriving from the acrosyringeal portion of the eccrine duct. Five subtypes of ESFA were described including a reactive form. Reactive ESFAs are associated with inflammatory and neoplastic dermatoses.
