Many patients with primary vitreoretinal lymphoma (PVRL) exhibit central nervous system (CNS) involvement either at the diagnosis or during follow-up. The prognosis in the patients of PVRL with relapsed or refractory CNS remains extremely poor. We herein report a patient with refractory PVRL who had recurrence in the spinal cord despite receiving high-dose methotrexate-based chemotherapy and whole-brain radiotherapy. The patient surprisingly responded to tirabrutinib temporarily. We believe that this case suggests the utility of this new target therapy.

Purpose: To evaluate long-term anatomical and functional outcomes in eyes undergoing scleral fixation of aniridic black diaphragm intraocular lens (BDIOL).
Methods: Total 38 eyes that underwent scleral fixation of BDIOL for secondary aniridia following ocular trauma with aphakia with absent posterior capsule or primary congenital aniridia with subluxated lens were retrospectively analyzed. Final visual acuity, early and late complications were examined.

Purpose: To report a case of bilateral primary vitreoretinal lymphoma (PVRL) masquerading as endophthalmitis in a patient with a history of bilateral cataract surgery and COVID-19.
Observation: A 60-year-old male patient presented with diminution of vision in both the eyes. There was a history of bilateral cataract surgery done 2 months back at a gap of one week and COVID-19 infection treated with high dose systemic corticosteroids.

Diabetic vitrectomy is a highly intricate surgical procedure performed during the advanced stages of diabetic retinopathy (DR). It is used to treat conditions such as tractional or combined retinal detachment, vitreous hemorrhage, and subhyaloid hemorrhage, which are all severe manifestations of proliferative DR. The results of the surgery are uncertain and variable.

Study Design: Observational cohort study Methods: Seven eyes of seven patients who had failed or recurrent MH were included from January 2017 to January 2022. A single vitreoretinal surgeon performed all surgeries using a 27G+ PPV system in a tertiary care hospital.

Objective: To review the clinical utility of endoretinal biopsies in diagnostically undefined cases of vitreoretinal lymphoma (VRL) with negative vitreous cytology.
Methods: Retrospective case series including all consecutive patients who underwent endoretinal biopsies in a tertiary care center, Hospital Clinic of Barcelona (Spain), between 2014 and 2020.
Results: A total of 5 patients were included in this study.
