Although most reported cases of minor suture involvement include multiple sutures, isolated suture involvement has been reported. Morphologic differences such as scaphocephaly and anterior plagiocephaly have been reported. Management should involve proper identification and multidisciplinary treatment. Surgical treatment should involve the expansion of the cranial vault as well as the correction of the deformity.

Purpose: To describe a surgical method for correcting lower lid entropion, lateral canthal entropion, and macroblepharon.
Methods: Lid margins were incised at a 45° angle, and lateral lid margins and a rhomboid shaped piece of skin were resected based on the degree of macroblepharon. Subcutaneous tissue was sutured with absorbable sutures and anchored to the orbital ligament with a non-absorbable suture to maintain lateral canthal position.

Aesthetic genital surgeries are on the rise globally. Labia minora reduction, the most common aesthetic genital surgery, can be done either by the edge resection or by the wedge resection techniques. The edge resection technique trims the edge of the labia minora and leads to unnatural results as it does not maintain the color gradation that is naturally present on the inner surface of the labia minora or the minor irregularities that are naturally present in the labia besides posing problems like scar pain at edges during intercourse and chances of overresection.
