Hemophilia is a hereditary disorder of coagulation that results in deficiency of factor VIII (Hemophilia A) or Factor IX (Hemophilia B) with characteristic X linked mode of inheritance, almost exclusively seen in males while females are asymptomatic carriers. The common clinical manifestation in both is prolonged bleeding on trivial trauma, mainly into larger joints or muscles. Life threatening bleeding episodes can result spontaneously or from trauma to the head or internal organs. Replacement of deficient clotting protein, known as Anti Hemophilic Factor (AHF) is the main stay in the treatment of haemophilia. Any Surgical treatment of these patients is to be planned in Institution hospital where comprehensive care is available. The availability of AHF has enabled surgeons to take up surgeries in patients with haemophilia. We discuss PWH with congenital factor VIII deficiency presented with oral squamous cell carcinoma of left side lower jaw with main aim is to provide insight into surgical management and care protocol of these patients.

Exosomes, small extracellular vesicles secreted by various cells, play crucial roles in the pathogenesis and treatment of oral diseases. Recent studies have highlighted their involvement in orthodontics, periodontitis, oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC), and hand, foot, and mouth disease (HFMD). Exosomes have a positive effect on the inflammatory environment of the oral cavity, remodeling and regeneration of oral tissues, and offer promising therapeutic options for bone and periodontal tissue restoration.

Background: The presence of level IV/V metastasis is a significant prognostic factor for patients with oral and oropharyngeal cancer, while level IV lymphadenopathy defines the N3 stage in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. However, the current staging system for hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (HPSCC) does not consider the location of involved nodes.
Objectives: To evaluate the risk factors and prognostic impact of level IV/V metastasis in patients with HPSCC.

Background And Aims: Sensitivity to immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) therapy depends in part on the genetic and epigenetic makeup of cancer cells, and CD8 T-lymphocytes that mediate immune responses. Epigenetics are heritable reversible changes in gene expression that occur without any changes in the nuclear DNA sequence or DNA copy number.

Objective: This study was aimed at investigating the roles of podoplanin (PDPN) as a marker associated with malignant development, progression, and poor prognosis in oral leukoplakia and various forms of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC), particularly in relation to the extent of invasion.
Methods: Immunohistochemical analysis of PDPN was conducted on 77 histologically confirmed, formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded samples representing various degrees of OSCC invasion and dysplasia grades.
Results: The samples were analyzed with Fisher's exact test and the Kruskal-Wallis test.
