Objectives: The objective of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and adverse effects of non-cultured, nontrypsinized dermabraded epidermal cell graft followed by narrowband ultraviolet B (NB-UVB) therapy for stable vitiligo.
Material And Methods: A hospital-based and prospective interventional study was carried out on 45 patients (18-65 years) of both genders after approval from the Ethics Committee. The donor site was dermabraded after applying mupirocin ointment, and the material obtained was spread over the dermabraded recipient site.

Introduction: Chemotherapeutic agents occasionally induce various cutaneous adverse events, but hyperpigmentation due to cyclophosphamide is extremely rare.
Case Presentation: A case of atypical bilateral hyperpigmented macules on the lower legs possibly due to cyclophosphamide was presented. A physical examination on his initial visit revealed xerotic skin exhibiting brownish discoloration with black scales on both lower legs.

Background: Thiotepa, an alkylating agent commonly used in chemotherapy, is increasingly recognized to induce cutaneous reactions resembling toxic erythema of chemotherapy (TEC). This condition is characterized by erythema, hyperpigmentation, and mucositis, often affecting intertriginous areas, and can mimic the early stages of Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) or toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN).
Case Description: A 31-year-old woman with a history of systemic lupus erythematosus, antiphospholipid antibody syndrome, seizures, and chronic kidney disease was admitted for the management of central nervous system (CNS) lymphoma.

One of the major challenges in dermal drug delivery is the adequate penetration of the active compound into the skin without causing any skin irritation and inflammation. Nanocrystals (NCs) are nanoscale particles, and their sizes are below 1000 nm. NCs are made up of drug particles only, which are used to improve the aqueous solubility and bioavailability of poorly water-soluble drugs.
