We present a case of systemic sarcoidosis presenting with mild blurred vision, limitation of left eye movements and choroidal infiltration around the left optic disc. Symptoms and signs of inflammation were absent, and secondary malignancy was suspected. After a prolonged series of investigations revealed multiple asymptomatic inflammatory lesions, subsequent lymph node biopsy revealed non-caseating granulomas.

Purpose: To report an uncommon case of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada (VKH) disease in an elderly patient with unilateral choroidal detachment and describe its multimodal imaging features and prognosis.

Method: Case report and literature review of clinical features in VKH with choroidal detachment.

Background: Congenital optic disc dysplasia with coexistent macular abnormalities is seen in Morning-glory disc anomaly, optic disc pit, -related disc coloboma, and in the -related Papillo-renal syndrome. We report novel compound heterozygous variants in causing optic disc dysplasia and macular abnormality without coexisting cataract or microphthalmia for the first time in Chinese ethnicity and also describe the macular OCT findings.

Materials And Methods: A 4 year-8 months-old female child presented with poor vision, photophobia, and nystagmus noticed 4 months after her birth was diagnosed elsewhere to have isolated cone dystrophy.

Methods: OCTA was used to measure RNVU changes in 229 participants (101 with IS and 128 healthy controls). The RETeval device was used to record full-field electroretinograms (FERGs) in 40 participants (14 with IS and 26 healthy controls).
