Aim: This study aims to determine how often Achilles tenotomy is performed on patients who have congenital talipes equinovarus (CTEV) and have been managed with Ponseti serial casts.

Materials And Methods: This prospective cohort study took place from November 2021 to May 2023 in the orthopedic unit of Hayatabad Medical Complex, Peshawar, Pakistan. About 38 pediatric patients with CTEV, who received treatment in the form of Ponseti casting, were enrolled in the study.

Introduction  Diabetes is a rapidly growing global health concern, with the World Health Organization (WHO) estimating that 300 million adults will have diabetes by 2025. This chronic condition is associated with complications, including nephropathy, retinopathy, neuropathy, cardiovascular disease, and diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs), which can lead to amputation. Diabetic septic foot (DSF), a severe form of diabetic foot disease, is defined by the WHO as the presence of infection, ulceration, or tissue destruction in the lower limb, often accompanied by neurological abnormalities, peripheral vascular disease, and metabolic complications of diabetes.

Objective: The purpose of this case study was to report the management of a patient with posterior tibialis tendon injury concurrent with gender-affirming hormone therapy (GAHT).
