Overexpression of the gonadotropin-releasing hormone receptor (GnRH-R) plays a vital role in the advancement of reproductive malignancies such as ovarian, endometrial, and prostate cancer. Peptidomimetic GnRH antagonists are a substantial therapeutic development, providing fast and reversible suppression of gonadotropins by directly blocking GnRH-R. Unlike typical GnRH agonists, these antagonists prevent the early hormonal flare, have a faster onset of action, and have a lower risk of cardiovascular problems.

Background: Triglyceride-glucose (TyG) index has been found to be associated with female reproductive disorders, but its relationship with the risk of endometriosis is unknown. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate this relationship.
Methods: We performed a two-sample mendelian randomization(MR) analysis to examine the causal effect of TyG index on endometriosis, and inverse variance weighting(IVW) was the main method of analysis.

Background: Heterotaxia is characterized by an abnormal positioning of the thoracic and/or abdominal organs, resulting in various physiological and hemodynamic implications. Congenital heart disease involves structural irregularities in the heart or major vessels within the chest, leading to functional challenges.
Case Presentation: We present a 26-year-old Arab female patient with a complex medical history involving heterotaxy, dextrocardia, congenital heart disease, and ureteropelvic junction obstruction diagnosed in her first year of life, followed by the identification of endometriosis in her early twenties.

Background: This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to evaluate the association between endometriosis and the risk of cardiovascular disease (CVD).
Methods: A comprehensive literature search was conducted in PubMed (Medline), Scopus, Web of Science, and Embase, covering studies published from January 2000 to April 2023. Cohort and case-control studies investigating the relationship between endometriosis and CVD risk were included.

Endometriosis (EM), a chronic inflammatory condition predominantly affecting women of reproductive age, has been linked to an elevated risk of thrombosis, though its underlying molecular mechanisms remain incompletely understood. In this case-control study, involving 71 EM patients and 71 matched controls, we explored the structural and functional changes in fibrinogen and their potential role in thrombosis. Key oxidative stress markers, such as reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels in blood lymphocytes, monocytes, and granulocytes, along with plasma lipid peroxidation markers and total antioxidant capacity, were measured.
