This study evaluates the safety and efficacy of TEVAR for managing TAI over a 10-year period at a Level-1 trauma center.

The occurrence of a headache as a symptom of radiologically isolated syndrome (RIS) is uncommon, and it can significantly increase the likelihood of developing multiple sclerosis.

The advent of immunotherapy, particularly immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs), has opened new avenues for HCC treatment. Bacterial infections impede skin wound healing, and antibacterial hydrogels have garnered significant attention in the field of wound care due to their combined therapeutic effects. In this study, an intelligent, responsive AC-Gel@Cur-Au hydrogel was developed using temperature-sensitive agarose and pH-responsive chitosan as the structural framework, infused with Gel@Cur and AuNR. The AC-Gel@Cur-Au hydrogels demonstrated excellent mechanical properties, swelling capacity, tissue adhesion, and biodegradability.

Definitive chemoradiotherapy (dCRT) is the standard treatment for unresectable (T4) esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC), but the prognosis is poor. Borderline resectable (T3br) ESCC has been discussed, but its clinical features and appropriate treatment are unclear. The effects of docetaxel plus cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil (DCF) therapy and subsequent surgery for potentially unresectable ESCC remain controversial.
