In this paper, we investigate the effects of context stability on automaticity and goal attainment in intentional habit building. We used hierarchical growth curve modeling and multilevel mediation to test our hypotheses on two datasets. In Study 1,  = 95 university students ( = 2,482 habit repetitions) built new study habits over a period of 6 weeks with manipulated context stability. One group was instructed to constantly vary the context of their habit repetitions by changing rooms and times and the other group was instructed to keep the context of habit performance stable. In Study 2,  = 308 habits ( = 2,368 habit repetitions) from  = 218 users of a published habit building app were analyzed without manipulating but measuring context stability. We found the same pattern in both datasets: Context stability predicted more automaticity and higher habit repetition goal attainment. We also found that the effect of context stability on habit repetition goal attainment was partially mediated by automaticity in both datasets. These results show that context does not only act as a trigger for habit instigation but also has an ongoing effect on habit execution.

In the search of new bioactive and biobased films, the use of lignin nanoparticles (LNP) and cellulose nanofibers (CNF) has gained potential relevance in the last years. In this context, an enzymatic and environmentally friendly pretreatment with laccases has been proposed in this work to modify the properties of the developed cellulose-lignin nanocomposite films. Thus, the laccase treatment successfully polymerized kraft lignin as indicated by the increase in weight average molecular weight (from 3621 to 5681 Da) and the reduction in phenol content (from 552 to 324 mg GAE/g lignin).

Bone health after lung transplantation has not been comprehensively reviewed in over two decades. This narrative review summarizes available literature on bone health in the context of lung transplantation, including epidemiology, presentation and post-operative management. Osteoporosis is reported in approximately 30-50% of lung transplant candidates, largely due to disease-related impact on bone and lifestyle, and corticosteroid-related effects during end-stage lung disease (interstitial lung diseases, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and historically cystic fibrosis).

The versatile optoelectronic properties of the material class of III-V semiconductors enable the highest performance in photovoltaic and photoelectrochemical solar cells. For use in prevention and treatment, HIV-1 broadly neutralizing antibodies (bnAbs) have to overcome Env conformational heterogeneity of viral quasispecies and neutralize with constant high potency. Comparative analysis of neutralization data from the CATNAP database revealed a nuanced relationship between bnAb activity and Env conformational flexibility, with substantial epitope-specific variation of bnAb potency ranging from increased to decreased activity against open, neutralization-sensitive Env. To systematically investigate the impact of variability in Env conformation on bnAb potency we screened 126 JR-CSF point mutants for generalized neutralization sensitivity to weakly neutralizing antibodies (weak-nAbs) depending on trimer opening and plasma from people with chronic HIV-1 infection.
