Background: Auditing the treatment planning system (TPS) software for a radiotherapy unit is of paramount importance in any radiation therapy department. A Plexiglas phantom was proposed to measure the ionization of Co high dose rate (HDR) source and compare dose points in the planning system for auditing and verifying TPS.
Methods: Auditing was performed using a Plexiglas phantom in an end-to-end test, and relative dose points were detected by a farmer-type ionization chamber and compared with the relative dose of similar points in TPS. The audit results were determined as pass optimal level (<3.3%), pass action level (between 3.3% and 5%), and out of tolerance (>5%).
Results: The comparison of the collected data revealed that 80% of the measured values were ≤5% in the pass level, and 20% of the points were out of tolerance (between 5% and 6.99%).
Conclusion: This study documented the appropriateness of the dosimetry audit test and this phantom design for the HDR brachytherapy TPS.

Revealing the status of forests is important for sustainable forest management. The basis of the concept lies in meeting the needs of future generations and today's generations in the management of forests. The use of remote-sensing (RS) technologies and geographic information systems (GIS) techniques in revealing the current forest structure and in long-term planning of forest areas with multipurpose planning techniques is increasing day by day.

Objectives: To assess the capacity of Medicaid providers to take on new patients during a time of unprecedented growth in program enrollment due to Medicaid expansion and the COVID-19 public health emergency.
Study Design: We conducted a survey of Medicaid providers in Missouri in 2023 about their patient load and capacity to accept new patients.
Methods: We recruited 141 Missouri Medicaid providers through probability sampling and 109 additional providers through convenience sampling for a total sample size of 250, representing 0.

This study was aimed to identify the most frequently observed pathogens in uncomplicated urinary tract infections from outpatient urinary isolates obtained across seven different geographical regions in Türkiye and to determine whether the antibiotic resistance rates of these pathogens differ significantly between these regions. The study included patients aged 18 to 65 years who were diagnosed with uncomplicated urinary tract infections and had positive urine cultures from March 2021 to August 2022, across 37 different centers in Türkiye. The participating centers were selected based on their use of the disk diffusion method, in line with the European Committee on Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing (EUCAST) guidelines, to ensure standardization of urine culture data.
