This prospective study aims to identify the effect of the dienogest 2 mg/day and aspirin 150 mg/day combined treatment for two months before frozen ET on the assisted reproduction outcome in women with adenomyosis and recurrent implantation failure (RIF). Patients were selected based on specific criteria and divided into two groups (with and without treatment). Preimplantation biochemical parameters and ultrasonographic features (endometrial thickness, uterine peristalsis, and junctional zone thickness) were compared with pregnancy rate in a non-natural cycle frozen embryo transfer technique.

Objective: Molecular testing is recommended for risk stratification of atypia of undetermined significance (AUS) nodules in the USA; however, it is not routinely performed in some countries owing to limited availability and affordability. Here, we propose a risk stratification algorithm for AUS nodules when molecular testing is unavailable.

Methods: We examined 304 (4.

Objective: To compare the pharmacokinetics of cannabidiol (CBD) and cannabidiolic acid (CBDA) in horses and to evaluate the safety of their chronic administration.

Methods: CBD- and CBDA-rich oil (1 mg/kg) were administered orally twice daily to 7 adult horses over 6 weeks in a randomized, crossover design with a 2-week washout period. A 12-hour pharmacokinetic analysis was conducted on day 1 of each 6-week trial, followed by the measurement of peak and trough concentrations at weeks 1, 2, 4, and 6.

This study aimed to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasonography in assessing the response of clipped axillary lymph nodes to neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Between February 2022 and September 2023, 43 patients who underwent axillary lymph node marking for targeted axillary dissection were retrospectively analyzed. Ultrasonography parameters such as the number, size, shape, cortical thickness, hilum status, and treatment response of the clipped lymph node were assessed.

We revisit and show comprehensive femoral access site anatomy with a combination of images obtained from detailed cadaveric dissection, fluoroscopy, computed tomography, ultrasound, and 3-dimensional printings. Part 1 focuses on the femoral triangle, femoral bifurcation, fluoroscopic and/or ultrasonographic anatomy, and branches of the femoral artery. Profound understanding of this region is fundamental to facilitate safe procedures and to avoid unnecessary complications.
