4.5 wt% Si steel sheets with four different yttrium (Y) contents (0, 0.006, 0.012 and 0.016 wt%) were fabricated by hot rolling, normalizing, warm rolling and a final annealing process. Y addition greatly weakened the γ -fiber (⟨111⟩//ND) texture and enhanced the {001} ⟨130⟩ and {114} ⟨481⟩ texture components, and the magnetic properties were improved related to the effects of Y on the recrystallized grain nucleation. Y segregation at the grain boundaries inhibited the nucleation of {111} oriented grains at grain boundaries, which was beneficial to the nucleation and growth of other oriented grains elsewhere. At the same rolling reduction, YOS inclusion caused more stress concentration than AlO inclusion. YOS in deformed grains with low energy storage provided more preferential nucleation sites for {001} ⟨130⟩ and {114} ⟨481⟩ grains. Strong {001} ⟨130⟩ and {114} ⟨481⟩ recrystallization textures due to the high mobility were obtained in samples containing 0.012 wt% Y.

To what extent sildenafil, a selective inhibitor of the type-5 phosphodiesterase modulates systemic redox status and cerebrovascular function during acute exposure to hypoxia remains unknown. To address this, 12 healthy males (aged 24 ± 3 y) participated in a randomized, placebo-controlled crossover study involving exposure to both normoxia and acute (60 min) hypoxia (Fi = 0.14), followed by oral administration of 50 mg sildenafil and placebo (double-blinded).

Introduction: Diagnostic evaluations for attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) are becoming increasingly complicated by the number of adults who fabricate or exaggerate symptoms. Novel methods are needed to improve the assessment process required to detect these noncredible symptoms. The present study investigated whether unsupervised machine learning (ML) could serve as one such method, and detect noncredible symptom reporting in adults undergoing ADHD evaluations.

Background: Colonic stenosis in Crohn's disease (CD) is uncommon, and data on surgery-free survival are limited. This study aimed to determine surgery-free survival rates and identify associated factors.

Patients And Methods: A retrospective study was conducted from 2003 to 2022, including patients with CD complicated by colonic stenosis.

Objectives: Comorbidity with other conditions is common in functional bowel disorders. We aimed to investigate the prescription patterns of commonly used drugs in patients with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and functional unspecific bowel disorder, compared to the general population.

Material And Methods: Prescriptions of commonly used drugs in 2022 were compared between patients and the general population from the same age group and region in Sweden.

Objective: Whereas a few studies have evaluated vestibular involvement in Fabry disease (FD), the relationship between vestibular/oculomotor abnormalities and disease-specific biomarkers remain unclear. Therefore, we seek to evaluate these quantitatively and analyze their relationship with disease phenotype and biomarkers in FD.

Methods: This cohort study enrolled 37 Chinese FD patients registered in our center.
