In order to solve the limitations of flipped classroom in personalized teaching and interactive effect improvement, this paper designs a new model of flipped classroom in colleges and universities based on Virtual Reality (VR) by combining the algorithm of Contrastive Language-Image Pre-Training (CLIP). Through cross-modal data fusion, the model deeply combines students' operation behavior with teaching content, and improves teaching effect through intelligent feedback mechanism. Objectives: Mixed reality (MixR) is an innovative visualization tool that presents virtual elements in a real-world environment, enabling real-time interaction between the user and the combined digital/physical reality. We aimed to explore the feasibility of MixR in enhancing preoperative planning and intraoperative guidance for the correction of various complex congenital heart defects (CHDs).

Oxidative stress induced by excess ethanol is an important factor in the progression of alcoholic liver disease (ALD). In recent years, inhibiting Kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1 (KEAP1) to activate the antioxidant regulator Nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (NRF2) has been considered an effective strategy for treating oxidative stress-related diseases, but its application in ALD remains insufficiently explored. Animal welfare is integral to sustainable livestock production, and pasture access for cattle is known to enhance welfare. Despite positive welfare impacts, high labour requirements hinder the adoption of sustainable grazing practices such as rotational stocking management. Virtual fencing (VF) is an innovative technology for simplified, less laborious grazing management and remote animal monitoring, potentially facilitating the expansion of sustainable livestock production.
