High-resolution depth imaging is essential in fields such as biological microscopy and material science. Traditional techniques like interferometry and holography often rely on phase stability and coherence, making them susceptible to noise and limiting their effectiveness in low-light conditions. We propose a time-of-flight (ToF) widefield microscopy technique that uses pseudo-thermal light.

Compressed ultrafast photography (CUP) is a high-speed imaging technique with a frame rate of up to ten trillion frames per second (fps) and a sequence depth of hundreds of frames. This technique is a powerful tool for investigating ultrafast processes. However, since the reconstruction process is an ill-posed problem, the image reconstruction will be more difficult with the increase of the number of reconstruction frames and the number of pixels of each reconstruction frame.

Identifying informative low-dimensional features that characterize dynamics in molecular simulations remains a challenge, often requiring extensive manual tuning and system-specific knowledge. Here, we introduce geom2vec, in which pretrained graph neural networks (GNNs) are used as universal geometric featurizers. By pretraining equivariant GNNs on a large dataset of molecular conformations with a self-supervised denoising objective, we obtain transferable structural representations that are useful for learning conformational dynamics without further fine-tuning.

T cells play a pivotal role in the development of autoimmune diseases. To mitigate autoimmune inflammation without inducing global immunosuppression, it is crucial to selectively eliminate autoreactive T cell clones while preserving the normal T cell repertoire. In this study, we applied cellular proximity chemistry to develop a T-cell depletion method with clonal precision.

The influence of additives and modifiers on the chiral HPLC separation of the nicotine enantiomers using UV/Vis detection is discussed. Selected alcohols as modifiers and selected amines as additives were found to have a significant effect on the resolution and retention times of nicotine enantiomers even to the point of eliminating component elution. Systematic variations in the concentration of ethanol, methanol, and isopropanol, as modifiers, along with variations in the concentration of diethylamine, triethylamine, tributylamine, ethylenediamine, isopropylamine, as additives, revealed that the average resolution (R) of the nicotine enantiomers ranged from 2.
