AI Article Synopsis

  • The genome sequence of Ralstonia pseudosolanacearum strain SL1931, associated with bacterial wilt in pepper plants, has been reported.
  • This strain was isolated specifically from the stems of Capsicum annuum L. plants.
  • Strain SL1931 exhibits a different type III effector profile compared to the reference genome strain GMI1000.

Article Abstract

Here, we report the genome sequence of Ralstonia pseudosolanacearum (R. solanacearum phylotype I) strain SL1931 (KACC10711), isolated from pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) stems; is the causal pathogen of bacterial wilt. Strain SL1931 had a different type III effector profile than that of the reference genome strain GMI1000.
