Dengue has become a worldwide affliction despite incessant efforts to search for a cure for this long-lived disease. Optimistic consequences for dengue vaccine are implausible as the efficiency is tied to previous dengue virus (DENV) exposure and a very high cost is required for large-scale production of vaccine. Medicinal plants are idyllic substitutes to fight DENV infection since they constitute important components of traditional medicine and show antiviral properties, although the mechanism behind the action of bioactive compounds to obstruct viral replication is less explored and yet to be discovered.

Diabetes mellitus has been identified as a major risk factor for developing severe COVID 19 complications. In this review article, the efforts were directed to provide insights and the possible extent to which some diabetic pharmacological interventions may exacerbate COVID 19 or may not be idyllic options for COVID 19 patients. Articles reviewed were identified using the Google scholar database, and search was done using the English language.

Mental time travel (MTT) is the ability to mentally project oneself backward in time to relive past experiences and forward in time to pre-live possible future experiences. Previous work has focused on MTT in its voluntary (controlled) form. Here, we introduce the notion of involuntary (spontaneous) MTT.
