: This study investigated the frequency and timing of optic neuritis (ON) episodes in relation to the onset of multiple sclerosis (MS) and examined the occurrence of Uhthoff's phenomenon and Lhermitte's sign to understand their roles in early diagnosis and disease progression. : A longitudinal study was conducted with 127 MS patients. Clinical data, including ophthalmological examinations for ON, were collected and questionnaires assessed the presence of Uhthoff's phenomenon and Lhermitte's sign.

Purpose: To evaluate the ophthalmic, systemic, and genetic characteristics of patients with Wolfram syndrome.
Methods: In total, 13 patients with suspected or clinically diagnosed Wolfram syndrome underwent ophthalmic and systemic examinations and genetic analyses for Wolfram syndrome between August and October 2018.
Results: The mean age of the subjects was 24.

Background: Two professional painters experienced significant changes in their art as the main consequence of minor stroke located in the left occipital lobe or thalamus.
Methods: The features of this artistic conversion were analysed on the basis of extensive neurological, neuropsychological, and psychiatric evaluations.
Results: Both painters, initially unaware of the artistic changes, exhibited mild signs of executive dysfunction, but no general cognitive decline.
