, one of the most important bacterial pathogens transmitted through milk, causes listeriosis in humans and animals. This study aimed to investigate the prevalence of in raw milk of healthy sheep and goats in the west of Iran (Lorestan Province) by touchdown PCR (TD-PCR). spp. were found in milk samples taken from 21 sheep (29.16%) and 3 goats (10.71%) whereas was isolated from milk samples taken from 4 sheep (5.55%) and 1 goat (3.75%). The results showed that there was a significant difference between sheep and goats in the prevalence of spp. in their raw milk ( < 0.05), but no significant difference was observed between them in the prevalence of . The study findings suggested that the raw milk of healthy sheep and goats was infected with and warned of the risk of human infection with listeriosis following consumption of raw and unpasteurized milk.

() is one of the most prevalent threats, capable of inducing diverse illnesses and presenting a serious threat to public health. Herein, we demonstrate a novel dual-mode colorimetric/fluorescence biosensor based on the xponential mplification reaction and trand isplacement eactions (EASDR), which has multiplexing capability that significantly promotes the anchoring and trapping of Pt nanoparticles (Pt NPs) and fluorescent dyes for sensitive detection of (). The method works by targeting specific bacteria with aptamers and promoting repeated EASDR to affect the immobilization of Pt NPs and fluorescent dyes in the orifice plate, which could produce changes in fluorescence and colorimetric signals.

This study is aimed at evaluating the quality and safety of two traditional fermented dairy products commonly found in Lebanon (Ambarees and Kishk in its dry and wet forms) by detecting foodborne pathogens and indicator microorganisms. Additionally, it seeks to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to quality and the production level. A total of 58 random samples (duplicated) including goat milk ( = 16), dry Kishk ( = 8), wet Kishk ( = 8), and Ambarees ( = 26) were collected from individuals who both farm and process these products.

The study aimed to analyze five commonly used veterinary antibiotics: tetracycline (TC), oxytetracycline (OTC), doxycycline (DOX), chlortetracycline (CTC), and enrofloxacin (ENR) in different types of milk samples, risk estimation, and to investigate the correlation between the presence of multiple antibiotic residues. About 27 milk samples, such as raw milk from collection centers, processed milk from processing plants, pasteurized, UHT, and flavored milk from retail stores, were examined using RP-HPLC against five veterinary antibiotics in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The correlation between antibiotics was analyzed using Pearson's correlation test.

Milk, a complex fluid renowned for abundance of vitamins and immune-boosting antibodies, holds a pivotal position in human nutrition. The research delves into the fundamental constituents of milk, focusing on cis-fatty acids (cis-FA), trans-fatty acids (trans-FA), and theα-helixstructure found in proteins. These constituents are instrumental in the determination of milk quality and its nutritional value.
