Determining student motivation within the context of Learning Analytics is fundamental for academic students to realize their educational goals. We aim to perceive the student's motivation state at a high level of abstraction and act accordingly to deal with motivation issues. We investigate how Model-Driven Engineering paradigms capture the essence of a motivation domain and provide deep automation in stimulating students' tasks. In this paper, first, we propose a Conceptual Modeling Approach that provides a unified environment in which all dimensions of students' motivation are explicitly defined. Secondly, a guideline, allows educational stakeholders to perceive the states of change in students' motivation. Third, the issue of student motivation is addressed by making a mechanism that stimulates students. Finally, to stress our approach and to prove how it is useful, we present a global usage scenario for our system called . Sixteen Master's students of the computer science department of the Ibn Khaldoun University of Algeria participated in the experiment. Results showed that our approach allows educational actors to perceive the motivational state of the student. The Hafezni mobile app is useful according to learners and educational stakeholders. Finally, the student motivation makes sense on the causality of failure/success with an acceptable percentage of correctly classified instances increased from 69.23% to 96.13%.

Previous research has shown a connection between communication anxiety and willingness to communicate (WTC) among English as a foreign/second language (L2) learners. Nonetheless, the potential mediating roles of learners' beliefs like growth language mindset and language learning motivation have not been thoroughly investigated, particularly in the context of middle school language learners. This study aimed to explore the relationship between communication anxiety and L2 WTC by considering the mediating roles of growth language mindset and language learning motivation.

Prior work highlighted that procrastination and impulsivity shared a common neuroanatomical basis in the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex, implying a tight relationship between these traits. However, theorists hold that procrastination is motivated by avoiding aversiveness, while impulsivity is driven by approaching immediate pleasure. Hence, exploring the common and distinct neural basis underlying procrastination and impulsivity through functional neuroimaging becomes imperative.

Employing Emotional Virtual Characters for Teaching in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Communication and interaction are central to teaching child and adolescent psychiatry, with practical exercises often needing more access to actual patients or actors. Virtual reality (VR) offers an innovative solution by enabling simulation-based learning. With the help of computer-generated, interactive characters, students can practice repeatedly and in a standardized way how to conduct a medical interview and acquire communication skills.

College students are important targets for the influenza vaccine given this population's low vaccination rates; however, limited research has focused on international college students' vaccination status. This study examined the relationships between the theory of planned behaviour (TPB; attitudes, perceived behavioural control (PBC) and subjective norms) and students' intention of receiving an influenza vaccine.

Background: Creativity motivated by negative intentions can be referred to as malevolent creativity. While existing findings have largely focused on environmental or individual factors influencing malevolent creativity, less attention has been directed towards understanding how the sense of place-derived from individual-environment interaction-affects malevolent creativity. Additionally, the role of coping styles as mediating mechanisms in negative environments has been insufficiently explored.
