High resolution infrared spectra of CHD were recorded in the region of 550-1950 cm with a Bruker IFS125 HR Fourier transform infrared spectrometers and rotational structures of the five lowest strongly interacting ν, ν,ν,ν and ν bands were analyzed. The number of about 28000 transitions (4200/6800/5600/5000/6400 for the bands ν,ν,ν,ν and ν) with J = 40 and K = 20 were assigned to these five bands. The weighted fit of 3990 upper energy values obtained from the experimentally recorded transitions was made with a Hamiltonian which takes into account resonance interactions between all studied bands as well as with the sixth ν band which was considered in this case as a "dark" one. As the result of analysis, a set of 279 fitted parameters was obtained which reproduces the initial 3990 upper "experimental" ro-vibrational energy values with the d=1.7×10 cm; the initial nonsaturated, unblended and not very weak of 28000 assigned transitions are reproduced with the d=2.2×10 cm. Ground state parameters of the CHD molecule were improved as well.

Simultaneous observations of and in Jupiter's northern infrared aurora were conducted on 02 June 2017 using Keck-NIRSPEC to produce polar projection maps of radiance, rotational temperature, column density, and radiance. The temperature variations within the auroral region are K, generally consistent with previous studies, albeit with some structural differences. Known auroral heating sources including particle precipitation, Joule heating, and ion drag have been examined by studying the correlations between each derived quantity, yet no single dominant mechanism can be identified as the main driver for the energetics in Jupiter's northern auroral region.

Time-resolved serial crystallography at X-ray Free Electron Lasers offers the opportunity to observe ultrafast photochemical reactions at the atomic level. The technique has yielded exciting molecular insights into various biological processes including light sensing and photochemical energy conversion. However, to achieve sufficient levels of activation within an optically dense crystal, high laser power densities are often used, which has led to an ongoing debate to which extent photodamage may compromise interpretation of the results.

Objectives: This study sought to compare the protective effect of the upper zone of the growth plate and unique cartilage matrix-associated protein (UCMA) with hyaluronic acid (HA) and corticosteroids (CS) in a rat model of osteoarthritis (OA).
Materials And Methods: In the experimental animal study, 40 adult male rats were randomly assigned into five groups: control, monosodium iodoacetate (MIA) + vehicle (MIA+V), MIA+HA, MIA+CS, and MIA+UCMA. The OA model was induced by an intra-articular MIA injection to the right knee, and intra-articular injections into the right knee were performed on the treatment groups seven times every three days for 21 days.

A search for exotic decays of the Higgs boson () with a mass of 125 to a pair of light pseudoscalars is performed in final states where one pseudoscalar decays to two quarks and the other to a pair of muons or leptons. A data sample of proton-proton collisions at corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 138 recorded with the CMS detector is analyzed. No statistically significant excess is observed over the standard model backgrounds.
