Previous references showed that the histamine injected peripherically produced a deterioration of the learning in experimental animals. The effects of 100 and 200 micrograms of histamine administered in the cerebral lateral ventricle, have been tested using an experimental paradigm which isolated attentional, motivational, and motor factor from the complex learned behavior. The obtained results showed to be similar to those produced by peripheric injection, and demonstrated a worsening in attentional, motivational, and motor parameters.

Background: Many people with depression, for which self-blame plays a key role, are not amenable to current standard psychological treatments. This calls for novel self-guided interventions, which require less attention and motivation. The present study sought to establish proof-of-concept for a novel self-guided intervention in a non-clinical sample, which prompts people to transform self-blaming feelings into "longing," as a related unpleasant, but presumably more adaptive and approach-related emotion, which plays a key role in many musical and literary genres but has been largely overlooked in clinical research.

Importance: During buprenorphine treatment for opioid use disorder (OUD), risk factors for opioid relapse or treatment dropout include comorbid substance use disorder, anxiety, or residual opioid craving. There is a need for a well-powered trial to evaluate virtually delivered groups, including both mindfulness and evidence-based approaches, to address these comorbidities during buprenorphine treatment.

Over the last decade, hip-hop pedagogy has received a lot of attention in the field of education because of its significance in improving students' learning effects. This review articulates the current understanding of the positive impact of hip-hop pedagogy on students' learning effects within publications, an under-researched area. Based on a review of previous studies, this review innovatively examines six major elements of hip-hop pedagogy (DJ, MC, cypher, breakdance, knowledge, and graffiti) and concludes that the six major elements of hip-hop pedagogy can, in terms of the four dimensions of learning motivation, engagement, learning and memorization, and critical thinking, improve students' learning effects.
