The aim of this study was to evaluate if moderate-severe endometriosis impairs uterine arteries pulsatility index (UtA-PI) during pregnancy when compared to unaffected controls. In this prospective cohort study, pregnant women with stage III-IV endometriosis according to the revised American Fertility Society (r-AFS) classification were matched for body mass index and parity in a 1:2 ratio with unaffected controls. UtA-PIs were assessed at 11-14, 19-22 and 26-34 weeks of gestation following major reference guidelines. A General Linear Model (GLM) was implemented to evaluate the association between endometriosis and UtA-PI Z-scores. Significantly higher third trimester UtA-PI Z-scores were observed in patients with r-AFS stage III-IV endometriosis when compared to controls ( = 0.024). In the GLM, endometriosis ( = 0.026) and maternal age ( = 0.007) were associated with increased third trimester UtA-PI Z-scores, whereas conception by in-vitro fertilization with frozen-thawed embryo transfer significantly decreased UtA-PI measures ( = 0.011). According to these results, r-AFS stage III-IV endometriosis is associated with a clinically measurable impaired late placental perfusion. Closer follow-up may be recommended in pregnant patients affected by moderate-severe endometriosis in order to attempt prediction and prevention of adverse pregnancy and perinatal outcomes due to a defective late placental perfusion.

Objectives: Malnutrition is a prevalent condition in cancer patients that significantly impacts patients' clinical outcomes and health-related quality of life (HR-QoL). The outcome was to characterize the nutritional status by describing the prevalence of malnutrition (mild, moderate, or severe) and its risk in outpatient cancer patients.
Methods: Multicenter, prospective, cross-sectional, descriptive, two-cohort study conducted on consecutive adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors (stages III-IV).

Aim: Toripalimab is the first antitumor programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) antibody approved in China. For better patient management, it is important to understand the real-world outcomes of toripalimab in treating patients with lung cancer in the real world outside of clinical trials to improve patient care.
Methods: We retrospectively examined the clinical data of 80 patients with lung cancer who received the PD-1 inhibitor (toripalimab).

Background: Parents with advanced cancer and their partners are more likely to experience psychological distress than their counterparts without minor children. Greater relationship functioning may support parents in distress.
Aims: The current study seeks to explore couples' cancer-related parenting communication behaviors, perception and their associations with psychological and relational wellbeing.
Introduction: Niraparib was approved for first-line (1L) maintenance (1LM) treatment of patients with advanced epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) following the PRIMA/ENGOT-OV26/GOG-3012 (PRIMA) trial. PRIMA was restricted to patients at higher risk of progression (excluded stage III EOC with no visible residual disease [NVRD] after primary cytoreductive surgery [PCS]). This retrospective study evaluated the potential impact of excluding stage III EOC with NVRD from PRIMA by assessing real-world treatment outcomes following 1LM niraparib monotherapy in this patient population.

Background: Free functional muscle transfer (FFMT) for brachial plexus injury (BPI) requires adequate donor arterial flow for successful anastomosis. However, concomitant BPI and subclavian artery injury are not uncommon. Arteriovenous (AV) loop graft is one of the methods used to extend vessels to areas with vascular depletion.
