Purpose: To report the clinical course and the retinal imaging features of a case of cytology-proven primary vitreoretinal lymphoma (PVRL) presenting with a transient bacillary layer detachment (BALAD) during the disease course.
Methods: Observational case report.
Results: A 50 year-old woman was referred to us with a 2-month history of vitritis in both eyes, poorly responding to oral prednisolone.
Unlabelled: Primary thyroid tuberculosis is an extremely rare extrapulmonary involvement by the causative agent, . Its rarity and resemblance to thyroid malignancy led to unnecessary aggressive operative interventions.
Case Presentation: A 54-year-old female presented with recent onset dysphagia and foreign body sensation in the throat for 3 months, and anterior neck swelling since last 10 years.

Background: To identify retinal changes using spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) and ultra-widefield images in eyes with primary vitreoretinal lymphoma (PVRL) during intravitreal methotrexate (MTX) treatment. METHODS: This study retrospectively reviewed 111 eyes of 58 patients with vitreous cytology-proven confirmed PVRL, who received intravitreal injections of MTX.
Results: At the initial visit, the OCT manifestations included vitreous cells (105 eyes, 94.

Introduction: This is a phase 1, open-label, single-centre, uncontrolled, dose-escalation study to evaluate the feasibility, tolerability and pharmacokinetic profiles of a single dose of liposomal curcumin, administered via an existing tunnelled indwelling pleural catheter (TIPC) directly to the tumour site in individuals with diagnoses of malignant pleural effusion. Primarily, we aim to determine a maximum tolerated dose of liposomal curcumin administered via this method.
Methods And Analysis: We will use a 3+3 expanded cohort for predefined dose-escalation levels or until a predefined number of dose-limiting toxicities are reached.
