The mission and vision of the Magnet Recognition Program® is to continually elevate patient care and transform healthcare globally through an environment where nurses and the interprofessional team flourish. Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) affect healthcare workers and patients. The Commission on Magnet Recognition further integrated structures and processes involving DEI into the 2023 Magnet® Application Manual to emphasize the importance of organizations' enculturation of these initiatives as a part of the mission and vision. This Magnet Perspectives column reviews the organizational overview items and sources of evidence addressing DEI in the 2023 Magnet Application Manual and offers resources for nursing leadership.

Study Objectives: Both the (ICSD) and the sleep-wake disorders section of the (DSM) emphasize the importance of clinical judgment in distinguishing the normal from the pathological in sleep medicine. The fourth edition of the DSM (DSM-IV, 1994) introduced the clinical significance criterion (CSC) to standardize this judgment and enhance diagnostic reliability.
Methods: This review conducts a theoretical and historical content analysis of CSC presence, frequency, and formulation in the diagnostic criteria of sleep disorders.
Objective: The objective of this research was to devise and authenticate a predictive model that employs CT radiomics and deep learning methodologies for the accurate prediction of synchronous distant metastasis (SDM) in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC).
Methods: A total of 143 ccRCC patients were included in the training cohort, and 62 ccRCC patients were included in the validation cohort. The CT images from all patients were normalized, and the tumor regions were manually segmented via ITK-SNAP software.
